At Sony Music Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the vinyl records in their original protective packaging, ensuring the sleeves are secured to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement copy within 5-7 business days.
